These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and services at Singularity Architects (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging in our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services
Singularity Architects provides architectural design, consultation, and construction services. All project terms, including timelines, costs, and deliverables, will be outlined in a formal contract upon engagement.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are required to provide accurate and complete information regarding their project needs. Delays or inaccuracies in client-supplied information may affect project timelines and deliverables.
3. Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be outlined in your project contract, including any deposits required before work commences.

Late payments may result in project delays and/or additional fees.

For offshore clients, payments must be made in INR, and any additional transaction fees will be borne by the client.
4. Intellectual Property
All architectural designs, blueprints, and documents provided by Singularity Architects remain our intellectual property until full payment is made. Upon full payment, ownership will transfer to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Project Timelines
We strive to meet agreed-upon project deadlines. However, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., delays from suppliers or client-side changes) may impact the timeline. We will communicate any changes promptly.
6. Changes to Scope
Any changes to the project scope after the contract is signed must be approved in writing. Changes may affect the final delivery date and overall cost.
7. Warranties and Liability
We make no warranties other than those provided in your project contract. While we aim for the highest level of accuracy and quality, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the laws of India, and the courts of Patna / Ranchi will have exclusive jurisdiction.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party breaches any terms of the contract. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the date of termination.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
