Refund Policy

At Singularity Architects, we strive to provide high-quality architectural services to all our clients. If you are not satisfied with our services, we encourage you to review our refund policy.

1. Service-Based Refunds

As our services are primarily project-based and custom-designed, refunds may not be applicable once work has commenced. However, we do offer the following refund options in specific cases:

  • Cancellation Before Work Commencement: If a project is canceled before we begin working on the designs, a full refund (minus any processing fees) will be issued.

  • Partial Refund for Uncompleted Work: If the project is terminated by the client after partial work has been completed, we will evaluate the work done and provide a partial refund based on the remaining scope.

  • No Refund After Full Service Completion: Once the project is completed and delivered to the client, no refund will be issued.

2. Refunds for Products (if applicable)

If we sell any products related to architecture or design (e.g., blueprints, templates), refunds may be requested under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and returned within 7 days of purchase.

  • Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.

3. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 15 days to the original payment method. If the refund is delayed, please contact us at info@singularityarchitects.com.
